Our payment policy,
1: Payment will be taken upfront in full at the time of order, and the customer can cancel the order anytime before the order as been dispatched.
2: payment can only be made via Credit or Debit card using our payment provider (Paypal) over our website;
3: No cash, Cheque or Bank Transfers will be accepted

Return and Refund Policy
1: Customer can return items within 14 (Calendar) days from the time of receiving the delivery.
2: We only accept return on items over the sale price of £43.00 (excluding the delivery cost)
3: The product must be in original packaging and unopened
4: Items with a sale price of £42 or less can not be returned.
5: Only the purchaser can return and get a refund for an item only they have purchased.
6: Money will be refunded three working days after we have received the product back from you. We need to review the product before we can refund you the money.
7: We do not accept any return and refund on items purchased during the months of November, December and January.
8: You need to arrange and pay for the return delivery of the item to us.
9: If you wish to return a product, (that is not faulty) delivery charge will not be refunded.

Return of Faulty items policy
(This policy is for items that are: faulty, not as described or doesn’t do what it’s supposed to.)

1: You can return a faulty item within 14 (Calendar) days from the time of receiving the delivery.
2: Product must be damaged or faulty at the time of delivery.
3: any damaged done by the purchaser after receiving the delivery is not covered.
4: Any attempt by the purchaser to fix the faulty item will void this return policy and item will not be accepted.
5: Can exchange or get a full refund on the faulty item.
6: We will arrange the collection of the faulty item free of charge, (however, if you arrange the delivery to us, we will not be able to refund the delivery cost)
7: Money will be refunded three working days after we have received the product back from you. We need to review the product before we can refund you the money.
